Resourcing Specialist (SA)

About the role

HenderCare provides care and support for people living with a disability, young people and older Australians. It is seeking a Resourcing Specialist in Adelaide to source, attract and onboard youth and support workers. The role covers end-to-end recruitment and works closely with internal stakeholders to build a strong workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles across the organisation
• Develop and run sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Screen, interview and shortlist applicants
• Facilitate regular assessment centres
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems
• Work with HR and compliance teams and other stakeholders on onboarding, training bookings and documentation

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience (agency, internal or employment/job services)
• Comfortable making calls and engaging directly with candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professional and approachable
• Organised, responsive and able to manage competing priorities
• Right to work in Australia; pre-employment checks required

Required skills

• Experience using recruitment systems and keeping accurate data
• End-to-end recruitment knowledge
