Residential Site Manager

About the role

Metricon Homes, Australia’s leading home builder, is seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to join its Adelaide construction team. You will own the delivery of multiple residential homes, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the high quality standards the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end construction of multiple residential homes, from slab to handover.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, driving site productivity while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks and resolve timeline issues proactively.
• Build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, stakeholders and communicate regularly with customers throughout their build journey.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, OH&S requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations and OH&S legislation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractor performance and construction schedules.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and outcomes‑focused.
