Residential Site Manager

About the role

Lead the construction of luxury over‑50s homes for the Cotswold Hills community in Toowoomba. You will manage the site, coordinate plant operators, labourers and contractors, and ensure delivery within a 16‑week build programme.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily site operations, overseeing multiple homes at different construction stages.
• Manage Plant Operators, Labourers and subcontractors to meet quality, safety and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with the Area Construction Manager, Head Office teams and Business Development Manager for resourcing and trade engagement.
• Maintain compliance with WHS requirements and company standards.

Required profile

• QBCC Supervisor Licence and White Card.
• Valid driver’s licence and strong understanding of WHS.
• Proven experience leading residential construction teams in a volume‑building environment.
• Hands‑on leadership style, calm under pressure and proactive problem‑solving.
