Residential Site Manager

About the role

Lead the construction site for a new luxury over‑50s community on the Gold Coast, overseeing the delivery of high‑quality homes within a fast‑track 16‑week build program.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site teams of plant operators, labourers and contractors to ensure timely, safe, and quality construction of residential units.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to deliver clubhouse, sporting facilities and entry statements, and foster site cohesion through regular staff events.

Required profile

• Confident leader with strong decision‑making, communication and early issue identification.
• Experience managing multiple homes in a volume‑building environment, preferably with a trade background.

Required skills

• QBCC Supervisor Licence
• Trade background – carpentry preferred
• White Card
• Valid driver licence
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements
