Reporting & Data Analyst, People & Culture

About the role

Cuscal is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst to join its People & Culture division on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will enhance the team’s data and analytics capability, delivering insightful reports and dashboards that enable leaders to make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports, translating data into actionable insights.
• Design, build, and improve dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Enhance data integrity, governance, and system outputs across People & Culture systems.
• Automate reporting processes with Excel, scripting, or analytics tools.
• Analyse workforce trends, including remuneration and benefits.
• Support key initiatives such as annual salary reviews and reward programmes.
• Identify data discrepancies and implement solutions to improve quality.
• Contribute to system improvements, transformation projects, and new initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data/reporting analytics, preferably within HR or People & Culture.
• Strong experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Advanced Excel skills, with macros valued.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable analytics tools.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, or programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Natural curiosity and a desire to continuously improve processes.
