Reporting & Data Analyst, People & Culture

About the role

The Reporting & Data Analyst will enhance data reporting and analytical capabilities within the People & Culture division, supporting better decision‑making across the business. Reporting to the People Systems and Projects Manager, you will turn raw data into actionable insights for HR stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports, interpret data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Identify data discrepancies, propose and implement corrective solutions.
• Provide recommendations to support critical decision‑making.
• Create and maintain manager dashboards.
• Analyse, design and implement improved reporting processes and data‑integrity measures.
• Develop automated analytics and reporting solutions.
• Review current data sources and systems, recommending alternative interfaces where needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Reporting/Data Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in data analysis within a People & Culture (HR) environment.
• Strong HRIS and reporting expertise.
• Ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong verbal and written communication.
• Curious and eager to develop new skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (macros desirable).
• Power BI or a comparable analytics/reporting platform.
• PowerShell scripting and/or Python (desirable).
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with HRIS reporting tools.
