About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere while accessing live global vacancies. You will source and submit candidates for active hiring processes and receive a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review live global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
- Identify, engage, and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn a commission for each candidate placed by the client.
Required profile
- Experienced agency or freelance recruiter looking for additional placements.
- Professional with a strong network of candidates across various industries.
- Available to work part‑time or full‑time on a remote basis.
- Motivated to generate revenue through placement fees.
