About the role
We are looking for independent recruiters to join our global collaboration platform and work remotely from anywhere. You will access live client vacancies, submit qualified candidates, and receive a placement fee for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Browse and select from live global vacancies on the platform.
- Submit candidate profiles into active hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn a commission of $3,000‑$11,000 per successful placement.
Required profile
- Current or former agency recruiters seeking additional placements.
- Freelance recruiters building their own business.
- Recruiters between roles who want to continue billing.
- Professionals with strong candidate networks and sourcing experience.
