About the role

Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and gain immediate access to live global vacancies. You will source and submit candidates for active hiring processes, collaborating with other independent recruiters while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

Access and review live global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates into active hiring pipelines.
Collaborate with fellow recruiters to share insights and best practices.
Maintain candidate records and track placement progress.
Earn placement fees for each successful hire.

Required profile

Experienced agency or freelance recruiter seeking additional placements.
Strong network of candidates across various industries.
Ability to work independently and manage a personal pipeline.
Motivated to generate revenue on a per‑placement basis.

Required skills
