About the role

We are looking for motivated remote recruiters to join the RecXchange platform and earn placement fees of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while accessing live global vacancies.

Key responsibilities

Search and source qualified candidates for active client roles worldwide.
Submit candidate profiles into hiring processes on the RecXchange platform.
Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
Earn a commission for each candidate hired by the client.

Required profile

Current or former agency recruiters seeking additional placements.
Freelance recruiters building their own business.
Recruiters between roles who want to continue billing.
Professionals with strong candidate networks and a proven ability to source talent.
