Remote Nurse Practitioner

About the role

Mosh & Moshy, a health program company offering discreet, accessible care in areas such as hair loss, sexual health, skincare, mental health and weight management, is looking for an endorsed Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, evidence-based care at an advanced nursing level. The role is fully remote, reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager and working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with new and existing patients by telephone and video, giving education, clinical advice and support
• Manage ongoing treatment plans, including assessing patients' response to treatment
• Prescribe medications and adjust treatment where clinically indicated and within scope of practice
• Triage presenting symptoms and refer patients to the appropriate medical practitioner or pharmacist
• Collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals and the Clinical Operations team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow clinical governance and code-of-conduct requirements
• Share feedback to improve clinical systems, workflows and patient experience

Required profile

• Completed Master of Nursing and current AHPRA endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current PBS prescriber number, or ability to obtain one
• Recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary healthcare
• Strong clinical judgement and commitment to safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care
• Clear, empathetic communication, especially by telephone and video
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary clinical environment and use digital clinical platforms and telehealth tools
