Remote Appointment Setter (Commission Only)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter who will contact inbound and outbound prospects, qualify them and book strategy calls for our Brand Launch team. The position is 100 % commission‑only, offering uncapped earning potential for candidates who thrive on phone‑based sales.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to leads via phone, email, SMS and other channels.
• Use Slyletica’s sales framework to qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified strategy calls on the sales team’s calendar.
• Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations or no‑shows.
• Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM.
• Follow up with previous enquiries and ensure a steady flow of qualified appointments.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Performance‑driven with a desire for uncapped earnings.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar).
