Remote Account Development Representative – Appointment Setter

About the role

Thryv is looking for a motivated Account Development Representative to join its fully remote sales team. You will be the first point of contact with Australian small‑business owners, setting up qualified appointments for the sales team and helping them discover how Thryv’s SaaS solutions can grow their business.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound contacts via phone, email, SMS, video calls and a dialer for approximately six hours each day.
• Schedule appointments with prospects and keep the calendar accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Follow up on leads over a 14‑day cadence, ensuring every prospect is engaged through calls, messages and emails.
• Build rapport with business owners, understand their goals and pain points, and convey the value of Thryv’s platform.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues, attend daily huddles, team meetings and coaching sessions.
