Reliability Engineer – Aviation Fleet

About the role
Network Aviation is seeking a Reliability Engineer to enhance the safety, reliability and operational performance of its F100 and E190 fleet. Based at Perth Airport, you will work within the Fleet Reliability and Maintenance Programs team, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse operational and maintenance data to identify trends and reliability issues.
- Manage the Reliability Program and Approved Maintenance Program (AMP) for the fleet.
- Develop and implement reliability strategies that minimise disruptions and optimise operating costs.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and operational stakeholders to support maintenance decisions.
- Participate in Reliability Review Board activities and provide data‑driven insights.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in aircraft engineering, maintenance or airworthiness.
- Passion for aviation engineering and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work with operational data and drive engineering solutions.
