Relationship Manager - Diversified Industries

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Relationship Manager within its Business & Private Bank, in the Diversified Industries portfolio. The role helps manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of diversified industries customers and drives portfolio growth through customer acquisition, increasing share of wallet and referrals. It is a permanent, full-time position based in Maroochydore or the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Key responsibilities

• Act in the best interest of the customer with a customer-centric approach
• Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs
• Provide customers with appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution
• Structure deals with product and specialist teams
• Manage a portfolio of diversified industries customers
• Collaborate with Product Partners and other stakeholders to design, structure and execute deals
• Manage credit and operational risks proactively and implement Relationship Credit Approval Discretion as appropriate

Required profile

• Ideally brings relationship management, customer solutioning and credit assessment and management skills
• Ideally brings business development, coaching and portfolio management skills
• Ideally shows commercial acumen and planning and prioritisation abilities
• No need to have all skills; a growth mindset is valued
