Relationship Manager – Agribusiness (Tamworth)

About the role

Suncorp Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to lead its agribusiness portfolio in Tamworth, NSW. You will work closely with the District Manager and Executive Manager to grow the portfolio, deliver high‑quality service and strengthen relationships across agribusiness, commercial and small‑business channels.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the Suncorp Bank brand at public events and increase its visibility throughout the region.
• Manage relationships with customers in the assigned portfolio tier, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and improve customer‑satisfaction outcomes for the portfolio.
• Identify holistic customer needs, including lending requirements, and collaborate across channels to meet them.
• Design, implement and track an annual business, marketing and growth plan for the portfolio.
• Build genuine relationships with key stakeholders and foster a ‘one‑team’ approach.
• Provide development opportunities for staff to achieve business and satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, commerce or finance.
• Solid experience in financial services with a focus on agribusiness or rural customers.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities, capable of managing a diverse portfolio.
• Good understanding of risk analysis and cash‑flow assessment.
