Relationship Manager – Agribusiness (Dalby)

About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager with a passion for agriculture and financial services to lead our agribusiness portfolio in Dalby. Working closely with the District and Executive Managers, you will drive growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships across agribusiness, commercial and small‑business channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise the visibility of the Suncorp Bank brand throughout the region by actively promoting the company at public events.
• Manage the bank’s relationship with customers within the assigned portfolio tier.
• Support improvements and monitor customer‑satisfaction outcomes for the portfolio.
• Understand and meet holistic customer and lending needs, collaborating across channels.
• Design, implement and monitor an annual portfolio business, marketing and business plan to achieve growth.
• Build genuine relationships with key stakeholders and drive a “one‑team” approach.
• Provide development opportunities for staff to achieve objectives and satisfaction results.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, commerce or finance.
• Solid experience in financial services with a focus on agribusiness or rural customers.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise a diverse portfolio.
