About the role
We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team on a flexible contractor basis. You will support clients in achieving sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes across our locations in Orange and Batemans Bay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide workplace rehabilitation and injury management services to clients.
- Manage your own caseload independently while maintaining high standards of communication with stakeholders.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field.
- Current registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., AHPRA, ASORC) and proven experience in workplace rehabilitation.
Required skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
