Rehabilitation Consultant (Alice Springs)

About the role

Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, is hiring a Rehabilitation Consultant in Alice Springs, NT. The role supports injured workers through their recovery and return-to-work journey, working with health professionals, employers and insurers. It is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 am to 5:00 pm), paid according to experience with superannuation, and a mix of work from home and in-person onsite visits.

Key responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Registered Nursing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work.
• Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW.
• Full Australian working rights and an Australian driver's licence.
• Experience level: graduate, early-career or experienced.
