Regulatory & Quality Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Regulatory & Quality Associate to join our Supply Chain function within the Regulatory and Compliance team. In this hybrid role you will support regulatory and quality requirements for a portfolio of health and beauty products, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regulatory aspects of Health and Beauty products across multiple brand portfolios.
• Coordinate with the Hong Kong‑based Quality team to develop and maintain specifications and quality standards.
• Review and approve artwork, labels and consumer‑facing materials.
• Handle end‑to‑end portfolio change controls.
• Prepare monthly quality and external complaint reports.
• Conduct new batch checks, releases and quality investigations.
• Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, Education) and external parties (CMOs, service providers, TGA, ACCC, AQIS).

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance for consumer goods.
• Effective document management and communication skills.
• Good time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
