About the role

Join a newly created innovation team at relx to shape the future of compliance intelligence. You will apply your regulatory, compliance or policy expertise to design AI‑powered solutions that turn complex legislation and guidance into practical, scalable content products.

Key responsibilities

• Research regulatory frameworks, legislation, guidance and compliance obligations to uncover product and content opportunities.
• Analyse policy changes and regulator expectations to identify emerging compliance risks and customer needs.
• Design and prototype structured datasets, regulatory intelligence resources and new content formats that support real‑world workflows.
• Create obligation summaries, interpretive guidance and compliance intelligence resources.
• Collaborate with legal, product and technology teams to translate regulatory requirements into usable content.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, drafting and content creation.

Required profile

• Background in regulatory affairs, compliance advisory, regulatory intelligence, legal publishing, policy development or RegTech.
• Strong research and analytical capability with a passion for turning complex regulation into customer‑focused solutions.
• Comfort working end‑to‑end from research through prototype development.

Required skills

• Advanced research and analytical skills.
• Ability to structure and translate regulatory material into practical content.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted research or content creation tools.
