Registered Nurse – Kari Court

About the role

You will be a clinical leader at Uniting Kari Court, providing specialist dementia support to residents in a family‑home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs.
• Lead clinical assessments and provide direct clinical services.
• Liaise with medical, allied health professionals and families to advocate for quality of life.
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers, using critical decision‑making to guide the team.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration with a nursing degree.
• Experience in aged or community care, or a strong desire to start a career in aged care.
• Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful with strong time‑management skills.
• Commitment to contemporary aged‑care nursing practice and Uniting’s values.
