Estia Health is looking for a casual Registered Nurse for its Grovedale aged care home. The role suits someone who wants to be a comfort to residents and a leader to the team, within a community of over 14,000 employees across 96 homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Meet residents' medical needs
• Prepare clinical documentation
• Lead and support staff, helping them grow
• Act as a health and safety role model
• Maintain the highest standard of work

Required profile

• A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACCA
• Availability to work across AM, PM and night shifts
