Registered Nurse (Casual) - Aged Care

About the role

St Vincent's Care Maroochydore is a modern, lifestyle-oriented aged care service on the Sunshine Coast, and is looking for a casual Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse - Clinical Partner ensures quality resident care through clinical nursing practice, promotes collaboration among the health care team and keeps a resident-focused approach across the continuum of care.

Required profile

• Nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is essential.
• RN experience in aged care or a hospital setting of ideally 12 months or more.
• Availability to pick a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required for the role.

Required skills

• High level of customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow directives as per the care plan.
• Understanding of aged care and resident rights and responsibilities.
