Registered Nurse - Anaesthetics (Perioperative)

About the role

St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside in Chermside, Brisbane, is recruiting an experienced Anaesthetic Registered Nurse to join its perioperative team in a modern theatre environment offering a broad range of complex surgical services. The role is open to permanent part-time positions, ideally around 32 hours per week, with competitive hourly rates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care across a diverse surgical caseload
• Work alongside anaesthetists, surgeons and multidisciplinary teams in the perioperative department
• Use advanced anaesthetic nursing skills to support exceptional patient outcomes

Required profile

• Nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is essential
• Recent experience as an anaesthetic nurse is essential
• Willingness to work permanently part-time, ideally 32 hours per week
• Advanced clinical skills with prior perioperative experience
• Effective communication skills at all levels
