Registered Nurse - Aged Care, Runaway Bay

About the role

Bupa Aged Care is recruiting a full-time Registered Nurse for its Runaway Bay Care Homes, a modern 108-bed facility with dementia, respite and palliative care units, located near the Gold Coast beaches and an hour from Brisbane. The role sits within a community focused on the health, lifestyle and well-being of residents.

Required profile

• AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse (essential)
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their outcomes
• Nurses with less than 12 months' experience are invited to join the Graduate RN program, which offers mentorship and exposure to aged care nursing
