About the role
Join a landmark architectural practice in Brisbane to lead the transformation of a significant heritage site into a luxury residential and retail development. This complex, design‑led project offers the chance to create lasting architecture that will become part of the city’s fabric.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with an experienced project team to resolve and deliver a multi‑disciplinary design that integrates heritage, residential and retail requirements.
- Lead design development, documentation and construction phases, ensuring high‑quality detailing and coordination across consultants and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Registered Architect in Australia with approximately 8+ years of architectural experience.
- Local Australian experience across multi‑residential, retail, hospitality, hotel or mixed‑use projects.
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture and strong Revit capability.
- Proven ability to manage complex design challenges, technical detailing and coordination.
