About the role

As Regional General Manager for the Sunshine Coast, you will lead the SME and Small Business Banking teams across a dynamic and diverse region. You will set clear direction, create momentum and foster an environment where people feel supported, accountable and proud of the impact they make for customers and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop SME and Small Business Banking teams to achieve commercial targets.
• Balance strong commercial outcomes with disciplined risk and compliance oversight.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, community partners and internal stakeholders.
• Empower leaders within the region to grow and succeed.
• Promote a customer‑first mindset and ensure alignment with the bank’s values and Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial or business banking teams.
• Sound knowledge of credit, risk, compliance and balance‑sheet management.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong relationship‑building capability.
• Team‑player mentality and collaborative leadership style.
• Commercial judgement and confidence in decision‑making.
