Recruitment Team Lead, Transformation Hiring

About the role

Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to cover a 12-month period of parental leave in Sydney CBD, working three days a week onsite. The role leads a team of three finance recruiters focused on hiring across the whole organisation for a client's transformation agenda, with a focus on Data, Business Analysis, Project Management and Digital talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of three recruiters, setting clear priorities and maintaining delivery standards
• Own and deliver your own requisitions across Data, BA, PM and Digital, with a hands-on approach to sourcing, assessment and offer management
• Advise transformation leaders and hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, salary benchmarking and workforce planning
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and represent the RPO as a consultative partner
• Work with the finance recruitment team on demand, pipeline and candidate experience
• Pipeline and market map hard-to-fill transformation roles
• Report on time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health and hiring manager satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards and process governance
• Provide a seamless handover and return

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in a lead or senior capacity, ideally in an RPO, agency or in-house corporate environment
• Track record recruiting Data, BA, PM and/or Digital talent, ideally in financial services or banking
• People leader able to motivate and develop a small team while staying close to delivery
• Comfortable advising and challenging senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded, with a grasp of market intelligence, sourcing strategy and talent attraction
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment; transformation or project-based hiring experience is highly regarded
