Recruitment Specialist - Blue Collar

About the role

Monadelphous is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its flagship contracts in LNG, offshore, major projects and large‑scale shutdowns. You will work closely with operating teams and site management to understand workforce demand, anticipate bottlenecks and build strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source hard‑to‑find FIFO trades and coordinate onboarding for major resource, engineering and maintenance projects.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job briefs, proactive candidate sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and background checks.
• Maintain effective communication with senior internal stakeholders regarding position status, candidate updates and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Support Officers to hand over onboarding requirements such as pre‑employment checks, medicals, PPE ordering and mobilisation training.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to meet high‑volume recruitment targets and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing and candidate engagement for current and future business needs.
• Team‑focused approach that promotes a positive and engaging work environment.
• Strong customer‑service mindset for both internal personnel and candidates, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
