Recruitment Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to join our Perth team. In this full-time, on-site position you will own the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of operational, logistics and support roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a smooth, compliant recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and post accurate job descriptions across multiple channels.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates, managing the candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct structured interviews and assess suitability.
• Partner with hiring managers to define selection criteria and advise on best hiring practices.
• Maintain up-to-date records in recruitment systems and support onboarding activities.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition, preferably within transport or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality and knowledge of employment legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in an on-site Perth environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
