Recruitment Coordinator – Perth (Mining Sector)

About the role

iContracting Group is seeking a Perth‑based Recruitment Coordinator to support its expanding operations in the Australian mining sector. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, onboarding and mobilising both blue‑collar and white‑collar talent for major clients such as FMG, Rio Tinto and BHP.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and mobilise candidates across a range of roles for multiple mining projects.
• Initiate employee mobilisation in line with client‑specific requirements.
• Collaborate with site management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and site entry.
• Verify that all compliance documentation is completed prior to mobilisation.
• Maintain and update a database of candidates and active employees.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Team‑player with a strong cultural fit for a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
• Understanding of recruitment and mobilisation workflows.
• Excellent time‑management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive, friendly attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced computer literacy, particularly proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
