Recruitment Coordinator – Melbourne

About the role

InterWorks is seeking a confident and capable Recruitment Coordinator to join its dynamic recruitment team in Melbourne. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract top talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, screen, and liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including panels, meeting rooms, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor and update job postings across relevant platforms.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Report on recruitment status for all open positions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and deliver a consistent recruitment experience.
• Genuine passion for working with people, both colleagues and candidates.
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly regarded.
