Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

G.James, a leading integrated glass and aluminium manufacturer in Australia, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its People & Development team at the Eagle Farm head office. The role supports end‑to‑end recruitment across a high volume of vacancies, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. This is a full‑time, permanent position in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities for a high volume of vacancies.
• Manage job advertising, candidate communications, interview scheduling and recruitment administration.
• Partner with hiring managers to support attraction, selection and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment systems, candidate records and talent pipelines.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer documentation and onboarding paperwork.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as career expos and recruitment events.
• Deliver a professional experience for candidates and stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Passionate about recruitment and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Positive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to adapt quickly in a busy environment.
• Professional, candidate‑focused attitude and commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Experience using recruitment systems (e.g., JobAdder or similar ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
