Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are expanding our HR and recruitment function and need a Recruitment Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for our clients. You will act as the main point of contact from the moment a role is approved until the candidate starts, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison for clients once a new role is confirmed, handling introductions and ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with clients to define job descriptions, interview processes, and budgets.
• Partner with our Vietnam‑based recruitment team to source and screen candidates.
• Conduct second‑stage interviews to assess communication skills and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidate summaries and present shortlists to clients.
• Support clients through their interview stages with shortlisted candidates.
• Manage offers, contracts, and onboarding through to a successful start date.
• Build trusted relationships with clients as their go‑to recruitment contact.

Required profile

• Interest in building a career in HR, recruitment, or people‑related roles.
• Strong communicator comfortable speaking with both clients and candidates.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• People‑focused, valuing cultural fit as well as procedural compliance.
• Previous recruitment or HR experience is a plus but not mandatory; attitude and aptitude are key.
