Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Join Abano Healthcare’s Support Recruitment team as a Recruitment Coordinator. You will work closely with the Head of Support Recruitment to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process for our dental support network across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate logistics for multiple vacancies.
• Screen applications, assist recruiters with shortlisting, and draft job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS.
• Handle recruitment administration, including offers, contracts, reference and compliance checks.
• Support sourcing activities, talent‑pool management, and candidate communications.
• Assist with reporting, recruitment projects, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers and the recruitment team to deliver a positive experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably SmartRecruiters.
