About the role

Drake Medox is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its fast‑moving, people‑focused team. In this role you will help attract and secure top talent for our home‑care services while supporting the delivery of essential care to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Support Workers and occasional nursing staff.
• Source, screen, interview candidates and oversee compliance and onboarding processes.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to achieve high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide roster and scheduling support to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience (desirable).
• Ability to balance recruitment and scheduling in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, accountable, and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and genuine passion for helping people.
