Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Australia)

About the role

ETISK is looking for its first Recruitment Consultant to help fast‑growing D2C consumer brands across fashion, activewear, outdoor, retail and lifestyle. The role is fully remote within Australia and can be structured as part‑time or full‑time, giving you flexibility to work around your life while earning a competitive income.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships with scaling ecommerce and D2C brands.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates and closing offers.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the company’s recruitment system.
• Collaborate with the ETISK team to refine service offerings and improve candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven ability to win clients and manage recruitment cycles from start to finish.
• Strong network within fashion, retail or ecommerce sectors, or experience building recruitment desks from scratch.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable with cold or semi‑warm outreach.
• Passion for the D2C industry and desire to stay connected to its trends.
