Recruitment Consultant – Rec2Rec (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Recruitment Consultant to run a dedicated Rec2Rec desk on a fully remote basis. You will manage the end‑to‑end process of placing recruitment professionals into permanent positions across Australia and New Zealand, building your own market with full autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 360° Rec2Rec desk, sourcing, interviewing and placing recruitment talent.
• Develop and own a market strategy to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve high billing targets.
• Collaborate with a team of top performers, sharing best practices and supporting each other’s growth.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience; Rec2Rec background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proven billing track record and a strong desire to increase earnings.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
• Commercially sharp, competitive, coachable and unwilling to settle for average results.
