Recruitment Consultant

About the role

This hands‑on position supports Western Australia’s civil, rail and infrastructure projects by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates while delivering end‑to‑end hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment for a range of primarily blue‑collar roles.
• Write and post job advertisements across appropriate channels.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Perform reference checks, VEVO and police clearances.
• Book and coordinate medicals and functional assessments.
• Manage onboarding and compliance within internal systems.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience preferred (blue‑collar experience highly regarded but not essential).
• Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner.
• Well‑organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
