Recruitment Consultant

About the role

BROOK Recruitment, a boutique agency in South Yarra, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its team. You will be responsible for building and managing your own recruitment desk while delivering end‑to‑end hiring solutions for a range of client sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a personal recruitment portfolio.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Represent the agency at client meetings, networking events and industry functions.

Required profile

• Experience as a recruiter (junior or experienced) with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ambitious, relationship‑focused and results‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
