Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, people‑driven Recruitment Consultant to join Adecco Australia’s national team. You will work with established national clients and international stakeholders, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple industries while building lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support key national client accounts.
• Partner with international customers on recruitment activities.
• Source, interview and place top talent, running full recruitment cycles.
• Create engaging job advertisements and maintain talent pipelines.
• Oversee onboarding, compliance and candidate experience.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required profile

• People‑focused with a passion for relationship building.
• Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating across regions and time zones.
• Energetic, motivated, eager to learn and progress.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Background in blue‑collar recruitment.
• Team player who enjoys working nationally and globally.
