Recruitment Consultant – Darwin, NT

About the role

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team in Darwin, NT. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, delivering recruitment and HR services across the building, infrastructure and resources sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Post job advertisements on the company website, job boards and social media platforms.
• Source, screen and brief suitable candidates, conducting telephone and face‑to‑face interviews as well as reference checks.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including offer letters, inductions and ongoing candidate contact.
• Maintain and grow the talent database, ensuring data is up‑to‑date for efficient job order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies for all internal and on‑hired staff.

Required profile

• Background in labour‑hire, recruitment, human resources or technical/industrial sales.
• Familiarity with oil & gas, mining, engineering, construction, manufacturing or trades markets.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet research; experience with recruitment or CRM databases.
• Exposure to on‑site WHS systems and procedures.
• Strong relationship‑building skills, self‑motivation and a professional demeanor.
