Recruitment Consultant – Byron Bay

About the role

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our award‑winning team in Byron Bay. In this end‑to‑end recruitment role you will directly support the growth of our 18 sales offices across Australia, sourcing and hiring talent for our national sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit top talent for national sales teams.
• Leverage Lever ATS and other cutting‑edge tools to source and select candidates.
• Assess and engage applicants, briefing junior sales candidates nationwide on opportunities.
• Coordinate group and individual interviews, ensuring smooth attendance.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers for a seamless recruitment process.
• Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidate compliance.
• Celebrate successful hires and manage onboarding arrangements.
• Develop creative employment advertising and innovative talent‑sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment/talent acquisition or a background in B2C, field, direct, or telesales with an interest in recruitment.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable working with Google Sheets.
• Confident, driven, resilient with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet hiring needs.
• Proactive with high attention to detail.
