Recruitment Consultant – Blue Collar

About the role

Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its Blue Collar team covering South-East Victoria. You will work across supply chain, logistics and manufacturing sectors, handling end‑to‑end temporary and contract recruitment for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and grow a personal portfolio.
• Source, screen, interview and place quality candidates.
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions, market insights and compliance support.
• Oversee offers, onboarding, payroll administration and maintain accurate CRM/ATS records.
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and business targets.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of agency recruitment experience, preferably on a blue‑collar temporary desk.
• Background in recruiting for supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven ability to achieve recruitment and sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Motivated, team‑focused and results‑driven.
