Recruitment Consultant (360) – Perth

About the role

The Andersen Partnership is seeking energetic Recruitment Consultants to join its Perth office. This is a full‑cycle, 360‑degree recruitment position where you will own the end‑to‑end process, from sourcing candidates to placing them with clients across several professional sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of client accounts in accounting, finance, legal, insurance, wealth management, and sales.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and talent communities.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with a high‑energy team and contribute to a supportive culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience or strong industry knowledge in the listed sectors.
• Confident, resilient, and comfortable in a sales‑driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing market.
