Recruitment Advisor – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Water Corporation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join its Talent Acquisition team in Leederville. You will play a pivotal part in attracting and securing top talent to support Western Australia’s water future, working in a fast‑paced market with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process autonomously, from job brief to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job briefs and candidate shortlists.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews based on agreed criteria.
• Design and execute proactive, diverse sourcing strategies for current and future vacancies.
• Facilitate resolution of recruitment challenges and recommend mitigation actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition team.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting both blue‑collar and white‑collar roles, preferably in regional settings.
• Strong understanding of modern recruitment and selection methodologies.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
