Recruitment Advisor – Operational Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join Warrikal’s Operational Services team in West Perth. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for operational leadership, technical and corporate positions across our mining and resources business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for operational, leadership, technical and corporate roles.
• Advertise and source candidates via multiple platforms, networks and talent pools.
• Conduct short‑listing, phone screening, interviews, reference and background checks.
• Verify candidate licences, tickets, certifications and other documentation.
• Use Warrikal and client systems, including JobAdder, to track recruitment and onboarding.
• Partner with operational leaders and corporate stakeholders to provide recruitment advice.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and market insights to shape sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Produce regular recruitment reports and workforce insights for business planning.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and professional recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in Australia.
• Australian recognised qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Recruitment experience in the mining or resources sector preferred.
• Proven ability to source high‑calibre candidates and influence outcomes.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
• Strong administrative, customer service and compliance standards.
