Recruitment Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the People & Culture team at CSA Mine in NSW. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with Hiring Managers to design and execute proactive talent attraction campaigns and build strong candidate pipelines for current and future workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, cost‑effective recruitment from vacancy identification through to placement and onboarding, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to define roles, selection criteria, structured interviews and labour‑hire options.
• Support fair, consistent candidate assessment and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Build talent networks and pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Oracle Recruitment and SEEK.
• Manage recruitment enquiries, shared mailboxes, records, tracking spreadsheets and reporting.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, time‑to‑fill, quality of hire and cost effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ end‑to‑end recruitment experience in mining, resources, energy, heavy industry or construction.
• Proven success recruiting both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions, including technical, operational and maintenance roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across all organisational levels.
• High integrity, professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle (or similar) Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to generate recruitment reports and analyse data.
