About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to join a leading mining contractor. In this fast‑paced, blue‑collar environment you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of blue‑collar mining positions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to provide expert recruitment advice and support workforce planning.
• Source candidates through advertising, pipelining, prescreening and interviewing.
• Coordinate pre‑employment checks, including medicals, police clearances, qualification verification and work‑right checks.
• Prepare and issue employment offers and related documentation.
• Maintain recruitment governance, compliance and data integrity standards.
• Identify and escalate recruitment risks as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an end‑to‑end blue‑collar recruiter within mining or a related sector.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume recruitment portfolio with meticulous attention to detail and compliance.
• Team‑oriented mindset and enjoyment of a supportive, hands‑on work environment.
